Because of some problems with my file server, I’ve decided to buy new hardware and make a fresh install.

This is the hardware I am using:

  • CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 415e

  • Mainboard: GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 Rev. 3.1

  • GPU: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5450

  • RAM: Kingston ValueRAM DIMM 4 GB DDR3-1333

  • Power supply: Thermaltake Toughpower 750 W

  • System HDD: Seagate Barracuda 320GB

  • File HDDs: 6 x Samsung HD154UI 1,5 TB (RAID 6)
